Best ways to detoxify our body

Time to time our body needs healing from inside. We eat all types of foods which provide energy but cleansing is also required like we make service of our car every year. Detoxify our body or detoxification provide the purpose of cleaning and nourishing the body from inside. It removes the toxins from the body, the body absorbs the nutrients which protect our body from diseases.

How we detoxify our body?

Detoxification removes the impurities from blood in the liver.

  • Provides rest to the organs
  • Stimulate the liver to remove the remove toxins
  • Eliminate toxins from the body through the intestine, skins or kidneys
  • Blood circulation is good
  • Provide nutrients to the body

Ways to detoxify our body:

  • Fibre – Eat plenty of fibre. Fibre is present in all fruits like apple, avocados, and green leafy vegetables like cabbage, carrot, broccoli, spinach, kale, radishes, onions etc.
  • Water – Drink a lot of water to stimulate the body and liver organs. You can mix lemon in water. It provides sufficient water to the body and helps in digestion.
  • Herbs – Besides that, you can take the herbs like burdock, dandelion root, basil, garlic, ginger.
  • Green Tea – Drink a lot of green tea to clean the liver. Choose the organic green tea. Remember tea also has caffeine but it is gentler on the body compare to caffeine present in coffee.
  • Nuts – Nuts like flaxseed, walnut and almonds are the good source of detoxification.
  • Vitamin C – Take a lot of vitamin C as it contains as it is a natural source to remove the toxin from the liver. So eat a lot of oranges and drink lemon water.
  • Oxygen – Do some breathing exercise to take the fresh oxygen to circulate throughout your body with blood.
  • Stress – Maintain to avoid having stress. If a person is suffering from stress lot of other diseases start.
  • Sauna – Take sauna bath so that you sweat out and toxins get removed from the skin. Use the brush to move on your body to remove the dead skins.
  • Physical activity – Last not but least any kind of physical activity like walking, yoga is very beneficial for detoxification besides many other health benefits.
